These SNAP BELTS are the perfect solution! These razor cut fringe on a stretchy, snap closure waistband, so you can wear them over anything! Pair them up with anything for added movement and shine. This is just a belt with fringe, no shorts are attached!
The belt is 2" high, with 14" of fringe. The fringe is 4 layers of fabric, the top two are Neon Pink Holographic, and the bottom two are Black Mystique to match the waistband.
